| It's fabulous briefly broiled or baked at 400 until bubbly and browned,
but what to put it on is a bit of a problem on lowcarb. I tried Wasa crackers,
which came out rather soggy, and not very good. Portobello mushrooms might
work better as a base. Or stuff it in some celery sticks, or use rounds
