Protein Shake # 1 – from Kathleen Shapiro

1 scoop Designer Protein, Vanilla Praline
2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
1 packet Sweet 'n Low
3/4 cup Seltzer
1/2 capful Vanilla or Maple flavouring
1 1/2 Tbs  Barlean's flax seed oil
Some Ice Cubes

Pulse in blender until ice is not “clinking”. Enjoy!
