K in Cali’s Favourite Protein Shake Recipe

12 oz very cold diet orange soda
2 scoops vanilla flavoured protein powder, preferably Jay Robb
2 oz cream
1 cup or so of ice

Combine above in blender, blend for 1 1/2 minutes, pour and serve. Cream can be omitted if dairy sensitive.

Tastes fabulous.  I don't have it often due to citric acid but it is great in the morning especially if one is going to work out.
