Linda’s Low-Carb Pina Colada
My recipe for Pina Colada (non-alcoholic) is 2 scoops Atkins vanilla
protein shake mix (probably any vanilla protein shake mix would do), 1
cup water, 2 packs equal, 8 ice cubes, 1 teaspoon pineapple extract, 1/2
teaspoon coconut extract. Mix in a blender till smooth and creamy.
Wonderful. I'm sure you could add alcohol to it if you wanted to.
That wouldn't add any carbs. Enjoy.
