Legal Crunchy Snack – from JenKen
I decided to bake my own cheese -- with very tasty results. I
just sliced jack and cheddar cheese and lay it out on a glass baking dish,
then sprinkled it with garlic powder. Then I baked it @ 450 for about fifteen
minutes, until it's really bubbly and brown on top and the edges are hard
and crisp. Then let it sit for a while until it hardens up.
It won't do this if you haven't baked it long enough. MMMMM good!
It tastes like garlic bread, only without the bread.
