Maguire’s Reuben Casserole
Mix 1 jar of drained and rinsed sauerkraut with 1/4 cup of LC 1000-Island
dressing and a good sprinkle of caraway seeds, then layer it with 1/2 pound
(or so) chopped up sliced corned beef from the deli and 1/2 pound (or so)
sliced Swiss cheese. Bake the whole thing in a nice deep dish until
hot and bubbly.
