Meat and Veggie Stir-Fry – from Michael E. Hedman

2-3 Tbsp. Peanut Oil
1-2 Tbsp. Butter
Handful of fresh ground parsley.
1/4+ Cup Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Garlic paste (or 6+ cloves)
1 Tbsp. Chili-garlic Paste
1.5 Tsp. Ground Ginger
Habenero Pepper Sauce to taste
1.5 lbs. your favourite MEAT
2 Onions, chopped
5 stalks celery, chopped
1 bag Vege Stir Fry

Try it with some of these good veggies: Spinach / turnip greens, Green Beans, Cauliflower, or Broccoli
