Rob's Pizza Casserole

Brown 1.25lbs ground beef with lots of Italian seasoning. Drain grease. Add 1/3 jar of low carb tomato or pizza sauce. Add Pepperoni slices-- lots of em. Add Mozzarella cheese to the top.
Let the cheese melt.  Scoop into a bowl.  Yummy.

Makes 4 decent servings.  Carb count for the tomato sauce variesóbut my estimate is that it's less than 5 carbs per serving. Yummy <-- did I mention that?
