Chicken Thighs from Irina Garbuzov

2/3 cup of Mayo
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dried crushed rosemary
3 cups of crushed pork rinds

Mix Mayo with salt, garlic salt and rosemary. Brush chicken with the Mayo mixture and then roll the thighs in the crushed pork rinds. Bake at 350 for 1hour.
