Chicken with Pistachios – from Virginia Jennings
4 chicken breasts
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup chopped Green Chile Pistachios
Spray baking pan with oil. Lay in the chicken
breasts, cover with the Sour Cream and sprinkle over the top with Green
Chile Pistachios. Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven until the chicken
is tender, about 45 minutes.
