Broccoli Crunch Salad from Jesse B. Brown

1 medium size head of broccoli, cut up
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup grated Cheddar or American cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs. vinegar
2 tbs. sugar substitute

Mix together first 3 ingredients. Mix together last three ingredients. Then combine everything.
