Cole Slaw from Debbie Cusick

I make cole slaw all the time - and in various ways, but this is probably my most "standard" version:

2-3 cups shredded cabbage
2 tsp. olive oil or Udo's Choice Oil
2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Pepper and Morton's Lite salt to taste
1/2 package equal, Splenda or equivalent sweetener

Combine all ingredients and enjoy! I adore this.
