Connie’s Wilted Spinach Salad

Mound of steamed (then cooled) spinach   (I just used canned today 1/2 can)
Dollop of mayonnaise on top
Squirt of mustard

Slice 2 boiled eggs and layer over the mound. Sprinkle with bacon. Eat!
