Mark’s Blackberry Ice Cream

6 cups Half n Half
4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1 ½ cups Splenda
6 medium to large egg yolks
1/3 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Vanilla Extract (or use grated fresh)
About 2 pounds fresh Blackberries

Mix first five ingredients, heat to a gentle boil, chill, add 6, crank for about 30 min, add 7 and crank until done.
