Cheesy Spinach Casserole - from Cate
2 10-oz. packages frozen chopped spinach
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped (walnuts work well too)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Cook spinach in salted water. Drain. Melt cream cheese and butter together and add to spinach. Put in casserole dish. Top with parmesan and pecans. Heat at 350 degrees. About 4 servings.
