Pesto Sauce
Pesto is an amazingly versatile sauce to have on hand (make lots and
freeze it in small containers, for use
at a moment's notice). Use it over grilled chicken or fish or as a
seasoning agent in soups and salads.
Pesto has strong flavors, so used sparingly, a little can go a long
