"There is one endemic in Liberia, the recently descrbied Liberian

Greenbul, and 14 of the 1`6 Upper Guinea endemics, including White-breasted Guineafowl, Rufous-Fishing-Oewl, Ghana Cuckoo-shrike, Liberian Black-flycatcher, White-necked Rockfowl and Ballman's Malimbe. Two recommended birding sites:

Mount Nimba (despite the mining activities that have reduced the height of this mountain and the consequent loss of forest, many restricted range and localized endemicvs may still exist here.)
Sapo National Park
